Job Description:
We are seeking two qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team in New Britain, just 20 minutes from Bristol. These positions will provide essential speech and language services to elementary school students.
Position Details:

First Position:
- Location: Elementary School
- Experience: Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) experience required.

Second Position:
- Location: Elementary School
- Experience: CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required.
- Onsite work required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students' needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students communication goals.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation.
- Conduct therapy sessions in accordance with school policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Connecticut.
- School-based experience is required.
- District fingerprints and background check are required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation:
- Hourly rate starting at $48+, based on experience and qualifications.
